Processing Time
All orders are carefully processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (within the U.S.)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (within the U.S.)

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs procedures for international orders.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $150 (U.S. only).

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your shipment until it arrives.

Lost or Damaged Packages
MASCHIC21 is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes of the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
